Behind the Arab Revolutions by Shaun Willcock

What is behind the Arab revolutions that have been occurring throughout the Middle East? If you haven’t done so already, we suggest you read our previous article on this topic: The Arab World Explodes (But It Has Nothing to Do with Democracy), available on our website.

These revolutions truly have NOTHING to do with “democracy”! “The concept of western-style democracy in the region is laughable, and has virtually no historical precedent, except in Israel. So, when the governments of the US, UK, and EU demand democracy in Egypt, it is the ultimate in hypocrisy and a gross ignorance of history…. Even a cursory review of Middle East history – for, say, the past 2000 years – will show that democracy is a concept that is completely foreign to the Middle East (because of the mindset of the people). It will not work and has never worked there – just as it has never worked in most of Africa.”1

‘ARAB REVOLUTIONS’ by Shaun Willcock

  • And In Other News… The Arab World Explodes
  • (But It Has Nothing to Do with Democracy…)
  • by Shaun Willcock

In January 2011, protests erupted in Tunisia and quickly spread to other Arab countries, and the world watched amazed as the streets of these countries’ capital cities filled with hundreds of thousands of angry, chanting, screaming protesters, calling for their governments to step down or be overthrown. And how did the liberal media report these riots? As “protests for democracy”! As “popular uprisings”! And this brazen media smokescreen has been accepted as the truth, by most of the world!

The 2010 Papal visit to the UK: by Shaun Willcock

The Roman Antichrist, Benedict XVI, visited the United Kingdom in September 2010. This was the first official state visit by a pope of Rome to the country since the Reformation, when King Henry VIII broke with Rome in 1534 and the so-called “Church of England” (the Anglican institution) was established with the king as its head. Although Benedict’s predecessor, John Paul II, visited Britain in 1982, it was not an official state visit, but was billed as a “pastoral visit” by the spiritual leader of Britain’s Roman Catholics, coming to visit his flock. Even so, however, John Paul II was received by Queen Elizabeth II, and so it was, still, a political visit, even if not officially a “state visit.” The pope of Rome, as the head of a political state – Vatican City – travels, always, as both a political and a religious leader. But in 1982 there was a pretence of the visit being merely pastoral. This time round it was all out in the open: Benedict XVI was coming on an official state visit to the United Kingdom.

President Zuma Prays for South Africans to be “Good” During the World Cup

SOUTH AFRICA UPDATE – Dispatches from a Darkening Corner of the Dark Continent – President Zuma Prays for South Africans to be “Good” During the World Cup

by Shaun Willcock

The purpose of these article sis to provide insightful comment on the contemporary South African and southern African scene from a Christian, “politically-incorrect” perspective, in order to counter the propaganda of the Reds, almost-Reds (liberals and others), religious Reds (“liberation theologians”), and all their fellow-travellers; and to encourage Christians to pray for the people of this beautiful but desperately needy part of the world, and especially for their Christian brethren living here; and to do what they can to assist them.

The Vatican-Obama Alliance by Shaun Willcock

U.S. President Barack Obama is not a Roman Catholic. He is a Marxist, he attends a radical “church”, and he has strong connections with Islam. But he is not a Romanist. He is rabidly pro-abortion, which Rome, at least officially, is not, and he espouses certain other ideologies and causes which Rome, at least officially, does not. Nevertheless, Obama is extremely close to the Roman Catholic institution, has been closely connected to and supported by certain radical Roman Catholic or Roman Catholic-supported organisations, and is in fact advancing Rome’s agenda for the United States.

ROME’S CHARISMATIC ADMIRERS by Chris Hand

Tony Blair is not alone in making the journey into the Roman Catholic Church. The path has been well trodden by various charismatic groups. On the surface, these groups would profess some allegiance to evangelical convictions. In practice, their actions show they are working to a different set of criteria.

Churchill and Islam

For a secular newspaper, the Belfast Telegraph published quite a remarkable article in its edition of Friday 20th February 2009. This link will take you to the article

and there you can also read various comments submitted by readers of the article.

I am also now going to reproduce the text of the article just in case for any reason at a future date it might be removed from the newspaper’s website.

Comrade Barack Obama by Shaun Willcock

The election of Barack Obama to the White House is the greatest disaster for the United States of America in its entire history

Of course, the fawning millions who voted for him don’t believe that. Throughout his campaign they hung on his every word, and gazed on him adoringly as if he were a messiah. And as the truth dawned that he had won, millions of people, not only in America but even around the world, stood and openly wept. Marxists, liberals, New Agers, Muslims, sodomites, illegal immigrants, and the dumbed-down masses in general, all rejoiced in the streets. The only thing comparable to it was the election of Nelson Mandela as president of South Africa in 1994. Mandela himself gushed over Obama after he won, saying his victory was an inspiration to people all over the world. But just as the rainbow began to lose its sparkle very soon after Mandela came to power in the “rainbow nation”, so the glitter will fade from Obama’s victory. This latest “Marxist Messiah” will be no better than the one before him.
